Group Fitness
Choose from a variety of classes from Les Mills, plus boxing fit camp. We have multiple classes almost every day of the week, and we also offer an on-demand service for classes you may have missed!

Kinetix is a great gym with a variety of machines. They are remodeling the locker room and keep the place clean. I like that it is available 24 hours and conveniently located.

Love this place, super low key and a great local go to for fitness. I recommend the boxing for fitness class Tuesdays and Thursdays 630pm w pro boxer NoNo !

Kinetix Gym is a great place to workout. I have been a member for over 4 years. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The trainers are always available to give advice. The gym offers the Les Mills Group fitness classes which I highly recommend. This is a smaller gym and I like the atmosphere. I have never had to wait for machines and the members are all pretty friendly. I would highly recommend this gym.
