The Holiday Edition of our SilverSneakers Exercise Class & Lunch Social is on December 6th, 2025!
Join us for our festive 11:00 AM SilverSneakers class with our instructors, followed by a cheerful holiday potluck lunch social with fellow class participants. Bring a seasonal dish to share and enjoy good company, good food, and a great workout!
SilverSneakers is a fitness program designed specifically for older adults, typically those aged 65 and above. This FREE event will be available for members, non-members and guests. We encourage all attendees to bring a dish of their liking for the potluck.
