BodyPump Heavy Joins Our Weekly Rotation

We’re adding a new challenge to your midweek workout!

Our Wednesday 5:30 PM class with George will now alternate every other week between traditional BodyPump and the new BodyPump Heavy format, giving you a balanced mix of endurance and strength training.

BodyPump focuses on higher reps with lighter weights to build muscular endurance and boost calorie burn.
BodyPump Heavy shifts to heavier weights with fewer reps, helping you build strength and power with more controlled movements.

Alternating between the two helps improve overall fitness, prevent plateaus, and keep your workouts fresh.

BodyPump Heavy alternates with regular BodyPump on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM. Check our class schedule for full dates so you know what to expect each week.
